About The Yards by Beyond

The Yards by Beyond is a 165,000 sqm master-planned community in City of Arabia, Dubai,
designed as a landscape-first destination where more than 70% of the
development is dedicated to open-air living.

Inspired by Mediterranean living, The Yards brings together shaded
walkways, garden-lined paths, wellness spaces, cafés, vibrant plazas,
edible gardens, and everyday amenities within one thoughtfully connected
neighbourhood. The community is planned to support a slower, healthier,
and more natural rhythm of life.

As the first development within The Yards, Arancia Yards introduces
low-rise residences arranged around a central green spine, with 1, 2,
and 3-bedroom homes, private terraces, 3.1-metre ceiling heights, and
views across landscaped communal spaces.
